A.Our Service has a minimum spend of $500 on All orders.

 

B.Customers who may have food allergies or other special request, please be sure to let us know before we prepare your food for your event.

 

C.Our chefs are well-trained to cook up to 30 people at once. If an event party size is more than 30+ guests may require more chefs. Price may vary depending on location. The largest amount of people we serviced is 300 people. If you give us enough time to prepare, we can service more people than that!

 

D.Consumption of raw or under-cooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or egg may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

 

E.Cancellation Policy

We understand there are always something happening, and you may need to cancel your event. All the cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of. Please feel free to contact our reservation customer service to help you cancel your reservation or reschedule your event.

 

F.Payment

We take payments via cash or Zelle transfer. There are no hidden fees.

Customers personal information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. However, we will never ask your SSN or any other related questions.

 

 

H.Our customer service line is open from 11am to 6pm 7days a week, you can make your reservation through the phone by calling or texting and it is our pleasure to help you with any concerns. All the reservations are required to make at least 14 days before your event, always feel free to check the available days for your own event.
